Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work culture on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is intended to describe the influence between the variables involved in quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK Dampit Malang unit. The sample in this study was 60 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The instrument in this study used SPSS version 23 software
